No, you do not need to be home when your Christmas tree is delivered. We will lean it up on the porch, knock, and send you a message when delivery is complete.

How do I care for my Christmas tree?
Your fresh Christmas tree will come with instructions on how to properly care for it to give it the best longevity.
Is a tree stand included?
The Christmas trees are delivered with no stand, but they are baled to make it easy to place them in a stand. Once placed in your tree stand, remove the twine and let your tree relax its branches.
Can I choose my delivery day?
We have multiple delivery weeks to choose from, your tree will be delivered in the date range that you choose when ordering. We deliver in the business hours of 8am to 8pm, but you will receive a message the day your Christmas tree is out for delivery.

Can I pick up my Christmas tree?
Yes! TreeMob has a physical Christmas tree lot located in Harrisburg, Oregon at Creekside Farm & Stables.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Christmas tree, you can return it to us within 2 days after it has been delivered. We do our best to ensure that you receive a high quality Noble or Douglas Fir, but if you feel there is something wrong with your tree, please contact us so we can make it right.
How does Covid19 affect my order?
TreeMob has designed this process to be as remote as possible in order to be compliant will all regulations put out by the state. We allow our customers to order and pay online for contactless delivery. When TreeMob delivers your Christmas tree, we will wear a mask and keep our distance.
