Do I need to be home when my tree arrives?

No, you do not need to be home when your Christmas tree is delivered. We will lean it up on the porch, knock, and send you a message when delivery is complete.

What can I do with my tree when I'm done with it.

Here are a few suggestions: 1.Contact your local Boy Scout troop for tree pick up. 2. Bring the tree to your local forest products store, who will recycle the tree for further use in landscaping and gardening. 3. Place with your yard debris bin, if applicable, or contact your garbage company to see if they offer tree take-away. 4. Contact TreeMob for a pickup service ($20-30, depending on location), we will then recycle the tree for you.

How do I care for my Christmas tree?

Your fresh Christmas tree will come with instructions on how to properly care for it to give it the best longevity.

Is a tree stand included?

The Christmas trees are delivered with no stand, but they are baled to make it easy to place them in a stand. Once placed in your tree stand, remove the twine and let your tree relax its branches.

Can I choose my delivery day?

We have multiple delivery weeks to choose from, your tree will be delivered in the date range that you choose when ordering. We deliver in the business hours of 8am to 8pm, but you will receive a message the day your Christmas tree is out for delivery.

Does TreeMob deliver to my area?

We are working to expand our services to the entire state of Oregon, but for now, we deliver to the follow cities and their immediate surrounding areas: -Eugene/Springfield -Coburg, Harrisburg, Junction City -Corvallis -Albany -Salem -Wilsonville -Canby/Oregon City -Portland and its surrounding communities

Can I pick up my Christmas tree?

Yes! TreeMob has a physical Christmas tree lot located in Harrisburg, Oregon at Creekside Farm & Stables.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Christmas tree, you can return it to us within 2 days after it has been delivered. We do our best to ensure that you receive a high quality Noble or Douglas Fir, but if you feel there is something wrong with your tree, please contact us so we can make it right.

How does Covid19 affect my order?

TreeMob has designed this process to be as remote as possible in order to be compliant will all regulations put out by the state. We allow our customers to order and pay online for contactless delivery. When TreeMob delivers your Christmas tree, we will wear a mask and keep our distance.

What is TreeMob's "Tree Guarantee"?

Our Tree Guarantee is that if you do not like your Christmas tree, we will do one of three things: 1. Replace it within three days OR 2. Allow you to bring it to our lot and pick a new one 3. We will pick up the tree and refund your money. It is important to us that our clients want to see our faces every year and have the best experience possible. The trees we source are good quality trees from a local family tree farm in Salem, Oregon. We take customer care very seriously, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
